DOWA HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (hereinafter "the Company") announces that at the meeting of the board of directors held on December 10, 2021, the Company resolved to select and apply for "Prime Market" as the new market category of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The Company will proceed with the prescribed procedures in accordance with the application schedule set by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
