DOWA HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (hereinafter "the Company") announced today that it has received the "Results of the Initial Assessment of Compliance with the New Market Category" from Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. and confirmed that the Company is in compliance with the standards for the listing standards for the Prime Market in the new market category.
We will proceed with the procedures for the application for the selection of the new market category in accordance with the schedule set by Tokyo Stock Exchange after the resolution by the Board of Directors.
